为什么外贸人必须用LinkedIn?
LinkedIn 拥有超过 9.5 亿专业用户,其中大量是全球各地的采购商、进口商和买家。相比于发开发信,LinkedIn 的成功率高3-5倍,原因很简单——对方看得到你的"脸"和背景,信任感更强。
第一步:把你的 LinkedIn 主页打造成"数字名片"
第二步:精准搜索目标买家
在 LinkedIn 搜索栏输入以下关键词组合,然后用左侧筛选器过滤:
第三步:发连接申请(Connection Request)
发连接时务必附上个性化留言,不要直接发空白申请。模板如下:
连接申请留言模板:
"Hi [Name], I came across your profile and noticed you're in the [industry] space in [country]. I'm a supplier from China specializing in [product]. Would love to connect and share some resources that might be useful for your sourcing. Best, [Your Name]"
每天申请上限约20-25个,不要超量,避免被限制。
第四步:连接成功后的跟进消息
连接通过后,在24小时内发第一条消息(不要立刻推销):
"Hi [Name], thanks for connecting! I see you're focused on [their specialty]. We've been supplying [product] to buyers in [their region] for [X] years. If you're ever looking for a reliable China source, I'd be happy to share our catalog. No pressure at all – just wanted to introduce myself. Hope you have a great week!"
